Order processing can range from 1-3 business days and shipping can range from 4-7 business days. However, if one or more items ordered are on back order, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for those items to be available for shipment. Customers outside the U.S. must select International Shipping during checkout. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled and your payment refunded.

Our supplements are shipped out once they leave the facility. Supplements are ordered fresh from the manufacturer and are shipped directly to you. We require our supplements to be shipped out quickly in order to guarantee they stay fresh when delivered. Supplements are shipped by UPS or USPS. Please be aware that certain supplements may sometimes be on back order due to high demand. You can email us to check if any of your items are on back order.

How can I receive Standard Process products?
Products are available only through health care professionals or VitaDocs.com which is owned by health professionals.

What is the VitaDocs return policy?

An Authorized Return Number (ARN) or Order Number, is required for all returns and it must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. In your e-mail, you will need to state the product name and code, the invoice number, and the reason for return.
